This tea reminds me of the infusions our grandmothers used to make with herbs from the garden as soon as the first cold weather arrived… Thyme, rosemary, lavender, and all those scents from our Provençal scrubland. I love adding a teaspoon of lemon honey, like a sweet ritual to warm up and take care of myself.
