Hao Ling tea is a very rare organic pu-erh tea from Yunnan province in China .

It is grown in the region of the "Six Tea Mountains", according to the traditional Chinese method which gives it its fine and subtle taste. It is obtained after a long fermentation of the tea leaves, followed by a post-fermentation which can last from a few weeks to several months depending on the taste you want to obtain.

This pu-erh tea is recognized and appreciated for its round and sweet aromas in the mouth.

Thanks to its blend of 3 organic grand cru teas (pu-erh tea, wulong tea and green tea), Hao Ling ® is a tea rich in theaflavins and thearubigins which contribute to maintaining a level of good cholesterol (HDL) having a protective action on the arteries by eliminating atheromatous plaques.

Two studies conducted in a population at cardiovascular risk and in a population with a normal but low level of good cholesterol, have highlighted the positive effects of consuming Hao Ling® tea on maintaining a level of good cholesterol:

WHAT PROGRAM SHOULD I IMPLEMENT TO FULLY BENEFIT FROM THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ORGANIC HAO LING® TEA?

We recommend that you drink at least 1 sachet per day of this organic tea to feel an optimal effect. Thus, a box of 30 sachets allows you to carry out a one-month program. You can consume 2 to 3 sachets maximum per day if you want to optimize the effectiveness on your cholesterol level.
